- Simply insert a °Cuppananno into your Nespresso® compatible coffee machine and press the button.
- For a stronger tea flavor, give the button a double press.
- For a stronger result, use two capsules.
- After each use, simply press the button without a capsule to rinse and prepare for your next brew.
Shelf Life
Our Capsules are made exclusively from natural plant-based materials, with a 12-month shelf life from the manufacturing date (refer packaging for details).
To maintain optimal freshness, store in cool and dry place. Once the package is opened, it is advised to consume the capsule within 1 month.
Improper storage such as exposure to heat or high humidity, may shorten the shelf life.
We ship pretty things, pretty fast.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If your items arrive damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Just reach out within 7 days to hello@cuppananno.com or WhatsApp (+852) 6096 9030 with your order number, a brief description, and photos/videos of the damage and packaging. Valid claims will be resolved with a replacement.

Cuppananno capsules are Nespresso® compatible, designed for your utmost convenience. If you have an existing Nespresso® or compatible coffee machine, simply insert the capsule into your machine & enjoy it!

No. However, we recommend starting with a quick brew without a capsule in the machine before you brew your drink. This process rinses the machine with water to ensure a clean start for each beverage, allowing you to fully savor their distinct tastes.
