Shipping and returns

We ship from Hong Kong to selected international markets, including

• Canada
• Japan,
• Macao SAR
• Malaysia
• Indonesia
• The Philippines
• Singapore
• Taiwan
• Thailand

Shipping rates are charged in HKD and are calculated by weight, with common tiers from 0–0.6 kg up to 2–2.5 kg for most markets, and higher tiers for Canada.

For Hong Kong SAR, delivery is free for orders HK$300 and above; orders below HK$300 ship for HK$30.

Returns

At the moment we don’t offer returns and all items are considered a final sale.
